EXAM ESSAYS
Traditional methodologies still
better than modern methodologies
Traditional methodologies consider that education is
based on theory, and modern methodologies consider that education is based on
practice and hands on learning achieves.
On the on hand, modern education is very useful for
children because they learn a lot of things through world and their experience
with their own world.
On the other hand, traditional education is simple
because children learn with books and exams are more important than their own
development.
In my opinion, teachers are responsible for children´s
education. And they are our future. I think that children must learn through
their own experience, with their eyes and their hands, because this is the best
learning for me.
In conclusion, traditional methodologies are practical
and simple for teachers, but for children is not helpful, because they don´t learn. But with modern methodologies children
learn more things because they have experience with their own world.

Dear Maria,
I haven´t written to you for so long, because I have
had a lot of work at University. You know this is my first year at college to
become a teacher.
This year I have had a lot of work, and exams were very
long and difficult for me and my friends.
I thought that University was the same as high school,
but it is different because I have got class three days a week, and I have a
lot of time to study subjects. The thing that I don´t like about college is
that most teachers aren´t in the class because they live in Mallorca and we
study in Ibiza, and the lessons are through videoconference.
And, what do you do?
Best wishes,
Laura.
